PRESENTATION   GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations

AII presenting authors are kindly pleased to check out their own oral presentation schedule in the program.

Speakers will have a range of 25 minutes including questions from the audience, whereas the duration of a Symposium is 105 minutes.

Speakers must arrive at their session room 1O minutes before the beginning of the session.

A LCD projector and the computer (Windows, MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader) will be available for presentation.
Slides must be in Microsoft PowerPoint, 16:9 format

To avoid software compatibility problems, speakers must embed all fonts in their PowerPoint file and bring a backup pdf version of their presentation.

A Computer will be available to revise presentation’s file.

lt is not be allowed to hook up personal laptop

Poster Presentations

1 session per day is schedulated for a total of 2 days.
Please check the assigned number in order to attach the poster in the correct assigned space and in the corretc day of the discussion
Poster’s presenters will wait for their poster’s session as scheduled in daily poster session program.

Poster will be hold on and removed according to the following schedule

SESSION 1

  • SETTING UP                  Sept 27th, Friday         08:00 – 09:00
  • DISMANTLING            Sept 27th, Friday         14:00 – 18:00

SESSION 2

  • SETTING UP                 Sept 27th, Friday         08:00 – 09:00
  • DISMANTLING           Sept 27th, Friday         14:00 – 18:00

Poster size: 80 cm (height) x 120 cm (width). Size and format can not be modified.

Materials: Posters have to be printed on light cardboard and set up on the poster stands by adhesive tape, available on site.

The organizers are not responsible for anything left unattended at the poster site, including posters.

Slide Center

The slide center is located near to the secretariat desk and to the conference rooms.

Speakers must deliver and check the slides at least 1 hour before the beginning of the session.
